Graam Factory exists because AGE India (Association for Gender Equality) has spent years earning the trust of women entrepreneurs across rural and small-town India. Its work in advocacy, financial independence and leadership training is what stands behind every "verified seller" badge on this marketplace — a seller you can trust because AGE India has already stood beside her.
Vision
A lasting model of empowerment and a greener Bharat.
AGE India works to build a lasting model of empowerment where women gain dignity and equality at work, at home and in society, through advocacy, education and real economic opportunity while championing sustainable livelihoods and environmental awareness that protect the villages and land this movement is rooted in.
Mission
The story behind AGE India and BIGSTORY Network.
Sseema Giill
Founder, AGE India
Sseema Giill built her career at the intersection of journalism and development communication, using storytelling as a tool for social change. Raised in a Jaat family, she faced early hardship — including the loss of her father — and stepped up to support her family while still finding her footing. That experience shaped the conviction that carries through her work today: that women's financial independence and dignity aren't favours, they're rights. Through AGE India and BIGSTORY Network, she has spent years building programmes around gender equality, inclusive leadership and economic opportunity for women who are too often overlooked.
